The average sale price increased by 14.95%. The average sale price in the first half of 2018 was $1,186,385, compared to $1,032,021 in the first half of 2017.

The median sale price increased by 17.375%. The median sale price in the first half of 2018 was $939,000, compared to $800,000 in the first half of 2017.

The lowest sale price was $365,000. The highest sale price was $7,000,000.
